In 2006 Ryan joined one of the most recognized, respected & trusted brands in the real estate industry, CENTURY 21, as a sales agent with Commonwealth Realty. After 40 years and being a partner they decided to retire company operations on October 31, 2026. Shortly after that he and his wife Michelle started Rock Realty Guam, Inc. which later became Century 21 ROCK REALTY January 2026. He was elevated to President & Principal Broker/ Owner and his team now hopes to keep the C21 Gold Standard and Legacy going to promote a reputation for embodying the relentless attitude, spirit and delivering rock solid results to all who call Guam paradise home.
He was named “Realtor of the Year” for the State/ Local Association of Guam in 2008, served as GAR Chairman of the Board/ President in 2015, graduated the National Association and the Century 21 International Leadership Academy’s in the magical year, 2021. He also served as 2025 Chairman of the Local Leadership Idea Exchange Committee for the National Association of Realtors. Now he is serving on the NAR Professional Standards Committee and as a NAR Director (GUAM) for three years starting 2026 until 2028.
