About Ron De Guzman

Ron has been a licensed real estate agent on Guam since May 11, 2016.  His experience extends into the Guam real estate industry since 1988, primarily in the real estate finance field beginning his career with Bankcorp Hawaii, Inc 88-93; G E Capital 95-2002 and a short stint with Pacific American Title in 1997.  Ron also has served as Executive Director of the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority from 2003-2008.

In addition to his banking and finance background and public housing service, Ron has served on numerous boards and commissions over the years to include: Vice- Chair; Guam Land Use and Sea Shore commission, Chairman 25^th & 26^th Guam Legislature Housing Task Force; Governor F. Camacho Housing Chairman of the Civilian-Military Task Force 2003-2008.  Guam Homeless Coalition 2003-2008.

Ron has been happily married to his high school sweetheart Tina for 38 years and are blessed with four grown children and seven beautiful grand children.  He serves in his local church as Senior Pastor and loves to travel.
